a) Outlet Design and Set Up Assistance: To assist in site selection, and advise on appropriate design of outlet,
    and to work closely with franchisee throughout construction and set up phase.

b) Comprehensive Initial Training: For [__2__] key personnel to receive an aggregate of [___2___] weeks
    training covering all aspects of the BALLOON BUZZ PARTY CENTRE™ Franchise Operations.

c) Start Up Support: To advise on set up procedures including interior design, layout planning, construction and
    renovation.

d) Comprehensive Operations Manual: To provide a user-friendly operating manual for ready reference by the
    Franchisee and his key personnel.

e) Supply of Products and Equipment: To advise on, and supply where appropriate, products and equipment,
    necessary for the operations of the outlet.

f) On-going Support and Transfer of New Ideas: The Franchisor will visit the franchisee at least [__4___] a year
   for the purposes of reviewing the total business, market development, on-going training and technical support.
   On-going training will be provided from time to time. The benefits of continual Research & Development and
   market research will be transferred to the Franchisee.

g) Advertising, Promotion and PR: On an on-going basis, the Franchisor will initiate and advise on Advertising
    and Promotional themes, materials, brochures etc.
